Good morning & happy Tuesday to you, so glad you stopped by today! I'm sharing my first ever entry in the Sketch for You to Try Challenge over at i{heart}2stamp, since it's a sketch & it's sponsored by Wild Flower Patch I had to give it a try. I've had this oh so cute image all colored up & thought it would be perfect for this sketch. First here's the sketch:

Here's my sample using the digi called Batter Up Sage from the Wild Flower Patch:

WFWC #23 Card

Good Morning & yes happy Monday... Today I'm sharing my entry into the Wild Flower Wednesday Challenge or WFWC #23, it's a sketch challenge which if you haven't hear before I love sketch challenges, such a great way to come up with all the aspects of the card without having to figure out how it should look on the card, here's my card:

A closer look:

For this one I used the freebie image given away a few months back, it's such a nice bowl of flowers, isn't it? I'm working on my copic coloring lately & this image was great for doing just that.

Thanks for coming by today, I'd so appreciate it if you found the time to leave a comment & let me know what you think.

Tomorrow I'll share what I came up with for my entry to the Sketch For You to Try challenge, the winner gets Wild Flower Digi stamps which I cannot seem to get enough of. Hope you have a great day!

WFWC #21

Hi there, good Monday morning to you oh wait I mean Tuesday morning. Holiday's sure can through you off, can't they. I'll walk around work today thinking it's Monday all day & when I'm on my way home I'll realize oh wait it's really "Tuesday", awesome!

Today I'm going to share my entry in the Wild Flower Wednesday Challenge #21, I personally can't believe there's been 21 challenges already, I've joined several of them & 21 just seems like so many...

Anyway Jen's challenge this week was to use Black, Violet & Lime, here's what I came up with:

A close look:

Although using a Wild Flower image isn't required I find it hard to not use one since I have several which is great & I'm glad I can share :) For this one I used one of the newest Cuttlebug folders (can't remember what it's called...) Oh & the image is called Flower Fairy Daisy, cute isn't she?

That's all I have to share today, be sure to come on back tomorrow as I have my entry for Teddy Stampers challenge.

Oh & today's my baby brother's Birthday, (He's 36... not really a "baby", I guess)
Happy Birthday Chuck, I love you! My kid's birthday's are this upcoming weekend too, Andrew will be 23 on Friday & Lindsey will be 16 on Sunday! Oh & my little sister turns 40 on Friday too, very busy birthday week in my family, you think?

Have a great day & thanks for stopping by!

WFWC #19

Good evening, Happy Father's Day to those out there that are "Father's"! I'm so glad you stopped by, today I'd like to share my entry for the Wild Flower Wednesday Challenge or
WFWC #19, I haven't been able to join Jen's challenges lately like I would have liked so it was so much fun making this card yesterday. The challenge is a sketch challenge, which if you follow my blog you know I love getting in on sketch challenges :)

A close up:

For this one I used the oh so cute image called: Birthday Ivy, along with paper from last year's Spring Glitter Stack from DCWV, my newest border punch from EK Success, lots of bling too!

Again this one was a fun one to make, thanks for coming by, have a great evening!

Time to Catch Up...

Good Tuesday evening to you! So glad you stopped by. I'm afraid I was a bit under the weather yesterday so I didn't get to post. I'm better today & made it to my "day job" as well... fun...

Since I didn't post yesterday I thought I'd share two cards with you tonight... First one up:

A close up:

This card is for entry in the Friday Sketcher's #102 challenge, I'm afraid I cannot remember where the cute flower can digi came from (if it's you my apologies) I'm getting better at renaming the images now so I can give credit where credit is due. Isn't it cute? I used the same papers from my just for fun card, I used my new found favorite MS border punch - boy she sure keeps coming up with new gotta have ones doesn't she? Anyway this was super fun to color.

Next up would be my entry in the WFWC14 from Wild Flower Patch:

A close up:

The dimension:

This challenge was to use Ribbon, Sparkles & Dimension. I've used the ever so cute Flower Fairy Daisy, some paper from my stash, ribbon received as a gift with one of my recent Ellen Hutson orders, Labels 3 Nesties, oh & yes my newest MS border punch :)

This one is also for the Crafty Ho's Challenge sketch #3 as well, fun sketch.

Thanks for stopping by, hope you have a great evening!

Card for Fun!

Hello, so glad you had time to stop by today! Hope you're having a great weekend, mine isn't too bad I was actually able to get a couple cards done for some challenges and some DT work done as well. Today though I thought I'd share a card I made for "fun". The inspiration came from Jen Schultz's card on the Wild Flower Patch blog, I have the papers (My Mind's Eye) she used as well as a few other sheets that go with each other. I also had to have the image she used as it's just too cute to me! Here's my card using Flower Fairy Daisy:

A close up:

I probably should have used ribbon for the orange strip instead of the new MS border punch I bought last week as this card could have been part of the challenge but that's okay I'll just have to do another card for the challenge. Anyway, I also used this border punch to make what looks like a bench she is sitting on. What a fun card to make, I'll probably put a Happy Birthday sentiment on it but I haven't decided yet... That's all I have for today, more to share this week so if you have time stop on by!

Fussy & Fancy Friday Challenge

I found a new challenge blog via the Wild Flower Patch blog called Fussy & Fancy Friday Challenge & I just so love Wild Flower Patch images so I had to join... Here's a cute little basket I made:

A close up:

I used the ever so cute Birthday Ivy & well you can't see but there's a bag of peanut butter M&M's inside with the tag tied to it.

I received this ever so cute reward this past weekend & will have more to come on it in the next few days! Thanks for stopping by today!

Vacation Day One...

Hi there! So glad you stopped by tonight, hope you're doing well. I had a great first day of vacation, worked on cleaning out some drawers & my closet like I planned. I was able to make several cards as well. Tonight I'm sharing my WFWC#12 entry, this week you had to use the colors Orange & Pink, those colors go so well together, what fun this challenge was. I used one of the freebies I received for winning one of their challenges a few weeks ago :)

A close up:

This is the ever so cute image named Birthday Lily I used one of the Asian Cuttlebug folders on the pink background & one of the little Cuttlebug border folders for the small orange portion on the bottom, the Happy Birthday is from the Birthday Sentiments set, the little party hats are from K&Company & I can't forget the bling, I didn't have small enough orange gems so I colored these with my orange copic marker (a little trick learned by the famous Lauren Meader). Well I hope you like it, Jen from Wild Flower Patch is coming out with some new images this week & I'm having so much fun with the ones I have I can't wait to see what new ones she has :)

Thanks for coming by!

WFWC #11 - Challenge Entry

Good Sunday Morning to you! Hope you're having a great weekend! Today I'd like to share my entry for Wild Flower Wednesday Challenge #11. This week's challenge was to paper pierce, how fun this was, here's my sample:

A close up:

I used the cute image Violet & as you can see her dress & headband are paper pierced, for this one I used some paper from my stash I think it's a DCWV, the oval Nestabilities, the Cuttlebug folder from the Thank You set, the sentiment is from one of my old clear stamp sets, the ribbon is purple & blue, for this I used the Bow Easy & made a double bow & the bling flower is from one of the Michael's 99 cent packages.

Thanks for stopping by, hope you liked the sample. Have a great day! Tomorrow I have another The Cutting Cafe sample to share.

Challenge Card Sunday

Good Sunday Morning to you! I sure hope the sun is shining where you are today, it's supposed to shine here in the Midwest today. I have not one but two challenge cards to share with you today. First up would be the WFWC10 card I put together Friday afternoon but wasn't able to post until today, here's the card with a picture of the punch I used, as you can see there are 3 flowers on the Happy Birthday:

One without the punch:

A close up of my coloring, a bit of a "dirty" blonde so to speak:

For this card I used the ever so cute Wild Flower Patch Birthday Ivy, Nestabilities Labels 10, some cloth brads from my stash, & of course the flower punch.

Next up is the Friday Sketcher's entry:

A close up of my coloring:

For this one I used the ever so cute Sew Many Cards Hershey digi available this month for free with a $10 purchase, paper from the Spring Flowers DCWV mat stack, circle Nestabilities, a SU punch, a flower from my stash & the MS leaf punch. Isn't he not the cutest?

I hope you enjoyed my samples today, have a great day!

SMC Sponsor - The Cutting Cafe

Good morning everyone! This post is a little bit late as I forgot to post it... Back on track now, I hope. Today I'm bringing a sample using this month's Sew Many Cards sponsor, The Cutting Cafe. First a little about them:

Hello my name is Regina Easter. I have 4 wonderful children and an awesome supportive husband. I have for as long as I can remember loved all the aspects of creating things with paper and drawing. So it was only fitting that I decided to open up The Cutting Cafe'and I am loving every bit of this new venture. The Cutting Cafe' offers affordable Printable Stamps and Cutting Files. The Cutting Files which are basically just like templates are files that you Print out using your home printer, Cut, Assemble and then Embellish.....Very Easy.....The Cutting Files also come in the format where you can cut out the files using some of the latest Machine Cutters like the Pazzles Inspiration, Bosskut Gazelle and Cricut (with Scal software). The Printable Stamps are just that, images that are sent to you through email that you print out using your home printer. After the images are printed out, you can just color them in like you would any other stamped imaged...One great thing about the Printable Stamps and Cutting Files is that you no longer have to worry about finding space to store all of your stamps....You can keep them all in a folder in your computer and use over and over again.

Here's my sample:

A close up:

For this card I used paper from the new Basic Grey line Kioshi (aren't the colors just yummy?) I also used a MS punch called Deco Fan & some bling.

Sure hope you like it, it was really easy to make.

Thanks for coming by today, be sure to come back tomorrow when I have my Wild Flower Patch challenge card to share :) (I won the challenge there last week, too cool.)
