Meet My Fur Babies!

I've been meaning to post pictures of my fur babies to share so here they are:

Spunky (big black one) - Roxie (tiger looking one) & Maddie (multi-colored orange, brown, black & white.

Although it is a bit rare to find them all together it does happen on occasion & I just so happen to have my camera close by to get the pictures. That would be my daughter in the background, she's the one who suggested I share pictures of these guys... and since I've really been meaning to, I did. Aren't they cute?

Oh and here's a card I did a few weeks ago using a TAC stamp set & some background paper from my stash:

Thanks for stopping by and hope you have a great day!

A Dreary Saturday...

It's going to be a dreary day here in the Midwest... Great day for stamping! Here's a few cards I made a while back inspired by someone on Splitcoaststampers... sorry don't remember who... Let me know what you think:

Both cards were made using the SU set Natural Beauty, along with various background papers & of course colored with my Copic markers, oh & I can't forget my Spellbinders Label 3 (for the red card).
Thanks for stopping by! Plan to work on this week's challenge card for Sew Many Cards it's a ladder card, never done one before... I also have a new Doodle Beans Digi, it's a Kaleidoscope image, I expect it to be fun to color. Be sure to stop back soon!

Tuesday's DT Entry for Sew Many Cards

Here's what I came up with for this week's challenge using a "donkey" image:

Thought I'd use a "good luck" phrase because Donkey looks like he's going off to hunt or perhaps running away? Let me know what you think, I'd love to hear from you! Thanks for stopping by!

Doodle Beans Sample

Here's a sample of two Doodle Beans Digi samples I did, one used the Martha Stewart icicle punch:

Well I finished my other Halloween buckets this weekend, worked on a card with last Friday's Sew Many Cards free digi & even worked on my challenge card for Tuesday. However my camera for some reason picks & chooses what it wants to download... so I'll have to go back & retake some of the pictures. Anyone know why it does that, I have the Kodak Easyshare M1063, any input would be appreciated :) Thanks for stopping by!

ScrapbookPal.com

Post #2 for today, but I had to share:

Okay I placed an order with a company I ran across via Google while looking for the Spiderweb Cuttlebug folder, it's rather hard to find right now but it looks nice on Halloween cards. So like most of you I needed it "now"... I placed my order for two more folders & a Spellbinder Shapeabilities set & not only did I get a free stickles (Christmas red) I got "free" shipping for the order being over $25!!! Free shipping is one of the best offers to me.

But that's not all, I placed the order Wednesday morning & the PO just dropped off my package & it's only Friday... I'd highly recommend them as each folder costs $3.99 & the Shapeabilities was $19.99 you can't go wrong in my eyes anyway! Click here.

Anyway, I'm off to play with my new toys & my Paper Crafts magazine arrived as well so I'll have to look that over too!

TGIF!

I'm so glad the weekend is here, it's been a rough week for me I haven't been feeling too hot with a stomach virus or something so I'm sorry for the lack of posts. I do have some things to share though.

Here are 3 cards I made with digi stamps from Digital Delights by Louby Loo, they have some terrific images & both cats & bears are my favorites so I had no problems thinking up something to do with these babies, let me know what you think, I'd love to hear from you :)

Aren't they just so cute? Fun to color as well. I'm working on a few new cards for Doodle Beans so be sure to stop back soon! Have a great day!

Supplies: DCMV papers, Nestabilities, MS Fence Punch, Mini Brads, Bling & Copic Markers.

The Weekend!

Sorry for the lack of posts these past few days but I had so much catching up to do at work this past week after my long weekend last week I just wasn't up to much in the evenings.

For whatever reason I'm having a hard time getting a really good picture of this so I'm going to keep working at it but here's the project I worked on last weekend that I mentioned:

It's a small paint can I had gotten at Archiver's last week along with the oh so cute Halloween stamps from Stampendous, I swear they were following me around the store just begging me to buy them... :)

I'll keep working on trying to get a better picture as I picked up 2 more paint cans today when my DH took me back to return something & let me browse what a sweetie. Anyway I used Martha's web punch & some bling, my Spellbinder's too. I hope to get a picture of the top as it's cute too!

Anyway that's all for now, I'll be back soon as I'm working on a Sew Many Cards DT challenge card for this week along with some other projects. Hope everyone has a great rest of Saturday & thanks for stopping by!

I so had to use the cookie paper from my stash which is one of the first things I thought to use when I saw this digi stamp - too cute! Angela is putting up some new really cute digis & accessories so be sure to stop on by there too: Sewn Together Stamps.

I hope everyone has a great day & I could be back later as I've been busy taking advantage of stamping this long weekend... Oh & I also have something I made with my purchase at Archiver's last Friday to share so be sure to come on back!

Labor Day 2009

Wow, hard to believe summer is over after today, that went by way too fast and here in the Midwest it was probably more cooler weather than the usual hot humid weather we usually have. Well fall is one of my favorite times too, sweaters, baking & leaves changing colors are nice... Okay on to what I've been up to this long weekend:

These are 3 pages for a baby girl 12x12 scrapbook for samples my sister is taking to her church tomorrow for the fundraiser she is doing. I'm now in a bit of a rush to get them done as she plans to come by tomorrow to pick them up & I still have a wedding one to complete...

Here is another sample using the Doodle Beans digi image, this time colored brown & made into a birthday card. More images are being added there so if you have a chance be sure to drop in and take a peek here

Hope you can stop back tomorrow to check out Sewn Together's DT Challenge #3, I'll give a hint, it has to do with Christmas :) Thanks for stopping by and until next time, Take Care!

It's Friday!!!!

I'm so glad it's the weekend and a long one for me at that! I don't have to be back to work until next Wednesday :) Yippee! Anyway here's a few picture of some projects I've been working on for a fundraiser at my sister's church:

These are small & mini legal pads covered one can always use a place to write, can't they?
Anyway, I can't have a long weekend without going to some of my favorite craft places & to be able to go without anyone nagging me to hurry up :) First stop, Archiver's! Haven't been there in awhile. Come back soon as I've been coloring away so I'll have more to post this weekend! Hope everyone has a great day!
