Last week I applied to be a new DT member for Pixie Cottage Stamps, they have the newest Whimsical stamps that look oh so cute for coloring. They aren't out yet but you can see a preview of them here.
I had gotten the info from Splitcoaststampers but the full ad can be found on Michelle's blog here. There you can see samples made with these cute stamps too!
One of the requirements of the blog ad was to post 3 samples so here are a few I haven't posted before that I'm pretty proud of:
This one was made using the cute mermaid from Fred She Said digi stamps, I used background paper from my stash, my Martha Steware balloon punch, scallop oval Nestabilities, an EK Success punch & some bling.
This one was pretty easy, a nice masculine card using a TAC stamp & my Happy Birthday cuttlebug folder, oh can't forget the Spellbinder dies (my favorite tool).
Last but not least a card made with Whipper Snapper cuties & Nestabilities. The paper is from a retired SU scrapbooking set Toy Box, this image too was fun to color with my Copic markers.
Well that's it for today. Hope everyone is having a nice weekend, back to work for me tomorrow but I do plan to post a bunch of stuff this week so be sure to come back!

Happy Friday!
Well I wasn't going to post until tomorrow but found some other projects I hadn't shared yet so I took pictures of them & thought I'd share one today!
I made this one for one of the ladies that works for me this past summer. Her grandson fell off his bike & needed stitches so I used a Dustin Pike Digi, the saying is computer generated & I had gotten the idea from somewhere. Her and the grandson loved it! I'll be back tomorrow to post some others that I loved making. Be sure to come back!

First Sewn Together DT Challenge
Here's the card I created with my current favorite image from Sewn Together, it's called Jaden Cupcake & I just think the face is so cute, don't you? I used my newest Martha Stewart punch that took about three visits to my local Michael's here in Illinois, I sware I think our Michael's get everything last... Seems they never have stuff when others in other states say they got there's... So frustrating :(
This is the front, I also used Labels 4 from Spellbinders & lots of pink and orange bling, oh and the cardstock is from SU Rose Red, the background paper is from my stash & it has colored streamers on it.
This shows the raised image.
Here's the inside, I printed the image using the friendship size & now I have 34 little Jadens left.
Be sure to check out the other girls blogs to see their creations!

Happy Monday!
Well not for all of us... I have to go to my "day job" yucky... While cleaning my galleries of personal photos this past weekend I realized I have several projects not posted so here are a few you may enjoy:
Here's some book markers made with the Chantigo Monkey Space stamps. I cut some glitter stars from the paper & glued them on colored with my Copics of course!
Next:
My Stampavie kitties colored with Copic again, here I used a brad from my stash some twill ribbon from Martha Stewart as well as my square Nestabilities.
Next would be:
Here's a Jolee sticker & a clear happy birthday stamp, I think from one of those Joann Fabrics packages where you got 3 stamp sets with a whole bunch of other stuff... Very girly card!
Well thanks for stopping by & if you have any questions please e-mail me or comment here & I will reply.
Come by tomorrow where I'll have my first Sewn Together DT challenge card :)

Doodle Beans Digital Stamps
Hello Everyone! Although I didn't post here Friday or yesterday I did add a few things to my blog... One being the Slide Show at the bottom & the other the list of fellow DT members for Sewn Together, be sure to check them out if you have time!
As I mentioned a few posts ago I was going to be applying for a few DT positions and one of them was for Doodle Beans Digital Stamps. The stamps are super cute & so I had to purchase a couple, here is what I did with the two I purchased:
Is this not the cutest kittie cat? I put a bow on the head to make it look more like a girl kittie :)
These teddy bears are so cute too, had to make them into baby cards for some reason... Here's each one by itself:
Check it out:

Well I hope everyone has a nice rest of the weekend!

More to Share!
Here's a notepad & post-it note pad covered using more Sewn Together Digi Stamps for back to school:
I colored the Cammi the caterpillar more like a caterpillar than a worm like I thought it was at first... wow... The Halen the hair is colored in pink & the other in grey. Here's a few pictures from Tug Fest:
Illinois swept Iowa 11-0 two years in a row, the ladies even won their tug! First time my husband, daughter & I attended & what a fun time as you can see we had a good spot! Looks like we'll be making plans to attend next year too! The town, Port Byron consists of a population of 1600, small town.
Anyway a few more digi companies are looking for design team members so I hope to apply & become a designer soon! I'll post more samples of wedding cards I did soon! So come on back! Hope you have a great day!

A Day Off!!!
I have a couple days off for some time with my family. This gives me even more time to share some of my recent projects:
These are cards a made with scraps coloring in both Copics & Prismacolor Pencils. I used a smaller version of the Fred She Said Free Digi from a few weeks ago.
Next up is another Whipper Snapper sample from when I went to the Creative Pals store in Brookfield, Wisconsin prior to the Kiss concert my husband & I attended.
I hope to share more in the next couple of days, we are planning a day on Saturday to Tug Fest in Port Byron, Illinois. Until next time :)

Inky Sewn Together Design Team Call
I've decided to try my luck & try out for a design team. I found this new Digi company called Sewn Together & the stamps are just too cute. Since I create almost every day if not every other day I think this will put some of my talent to good use :) I'm so getting into digi stamps I thought this would also be fun! Here are 5 of my recent favorites:
Fred She Said girls...
Fred She Said Flower Pot
A larger version.
I really enjoyed coloring this one. It's from a few posts ago.
This one is from Sketching Stamper Digi Stamps, really a nice one to color. Here's a close up view:
And finally this would be a card made with a Sewn Together Freebie :) I used my copic markers, background paper from Grade School Pad & polka dotted ribbon. Oh and I also used a stamp from a new clear school set I purchased at Michaels yesterday as they didn't have the new MS punches I'm looking for yet so you can't let a 50% off coupon go...
Here's a close up view:
Here's a picture showing the little worm raised, too cute!
Wish me luck!

Some Like it Hot... Not Me!
It's another hot one here in the Midwest. Feeling like over 100 degrees today. I really don't like the heat, not that I couldn't use the loss of a few pounds I just don't like heat & humidity. Anyway as mentioned in my last post here's the card with the little box bag of candy:
I just used the same background paper to make the bag, the main colors are Lovely Lilac & Orchid Opulance :) Hope you like. Well if you live where I live keep cool! Until next time!
